PLAYWRIGHT'S WORKSHOPS

Become a member of an informal and friendly monthly Writers' Workshop.  No writing experience necessary as attending writers will support new writers.

Share scenes from your scripts, or write a short script with other group participants.

Get feedback from other playwrights, actors and workshop attendees.

The support will help you to gain confidence in developing your writing and give you the opportunity to see scenes from your play performed before an audience.

Playwrights' Membership gives you the following benefits:

  • scenes from your play read by actors or other participants at the Playwright's workshops.

  • you can bring any number of scenes to the workshops over the course of a year.

  • feedback from group participants is given to support the development of your writing.

  • 1-2 scenes from your play can be performed at a bi-yearly showcase of plays brought to the Playwrights' Workshops.

  • your full length play COULD be nominated to be performed at a rehearsed reading to an invited audience and members of the public.
